Investigate + Translate : 3000 word accessible expert synthesis outlining key findings and recommendations.

UNCOVER ‧ ANALYSE ‧ REIMAGINE
Focused auditing of a specific internal nature technology process, deployment or application to reveal underlying risks, limitations and opportunities to adapt practices to align with justice-led approaches.
HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
Discovery: 90-minute call to review current technology use, stakeholders, ecosystems and internal policies and processes.
Analysis: Review (2000-3000 words) of current approaches, related case studies and identification of areas for development.
Guidance: 90-minute meeting to present review and specific recommendations for reorienting processes in line with justice-led approaches.

EDUCATE ‧ INFORM ‧ REFLECT
In-depth, accessible and compassionate team capacity building to understand the scope, importance and relevance of justice-led approaches in relation to organisational goals and activities.
HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
Discovery: 60-minute call to understand current level of engagement, across the team, with justice-led approaches, as well as to understand current pain points or barriers.
Delivery: Choice between half-day or full-day workshop, in-person or online.

TRANSLATE ‧ CONNECT ‧ INSPIRE
Creative and accessible storytelling and narrative development across a range of platforms and formats, for a range of audiences, to translate insights and data into informative and compelling stories to widen impact and stimulate collective thinking.
HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
Discovery: 90-minute call to understand identify narrative purpose (e.g. internal or external storytelling) and it’s intended impact, as well as presentation of various storytelling formats and their suitability for the project objectives.
Proposal: 60-minute call to present project proposal and receive feedback before production.
Production: Delivery of the agreed narrative format.
Evaluation: Reporting on key impact metrics defined in initial consultation.
